We are closed for the month of September! We'll be back in action October 5th!

Welcome to South Kona Fruit Stand, where the flavors of the Big Island come straight from the ʻāina to your table! We celebrate the abundance of the tropics with fresh, locally grown fruit, unique island favorites, refreshing smoothies, and simple, delicious treats made to be shared and enjoyed.

Fresh from the island. Made with aloha.
Rooted in the laid-back spirit of South Kona, we’re passionate about sharing the fruits of our home with locals and visitors alike. Whether you’re stopping by for a perfectly ripe mango, discovering an exotic fruit for the first time, or grabbing a refreshing smoothie on a sunny day, we hope every visit feels like a little taste of Hawaiʻi.

We are Aaren and Aliya, sisters and co-owners and operators of South Kona Fruit Stand. We love taking care of our orchard and picking all the different fresh fruits daily to share with our customers. Come visit us and see what's in season!

Our 6 acre diversified fruit farm is on a Bishop Estate leasehold which we began stewarding in 2023. There are over 200 trees, including multiple varieties of avocado and mango, citrus, and other exotic fruit you may have never heard of, like rose apple! The farm was established in the 1950ʻs growing coffee and tobacco, and was diversified in the 90s and early 2000s by previous stewards.

The South Kona Fruit Stand was established in 1998, and expanded in 2005 to add the kitchen and smoothie shop by previous stewards Ken Verosko and Beth Smith. They also added more fruit species including dragonfruit, soursop, jackfruit, sapote and more varieties of mango and avocado.
